For your convenience we’ll take care of everything from arranging access with the owners to providing a detailed but easy to read report with full colour photos illustrating our findings.  You will have everything you need to know well inside the cooling off period; and we’ll even talk you through our findings so you are fully informed about what you are buying and any maintenance issues to look out for including an estimate of what it may cost you to rectify.

Your building inspection is comprehensive, and for a nominal fee we can also include a ‘Meth’ test to ensure that there is no toxic meth residue that could play havoc with your health and sleep patterns.

Even if we do find some issues, with our extensive building experience we can quickly and easily inform you of what needs to be done to rectify any problems and what the cost of repairs is likely to be so you can renegotiate your offer if need be.   We’ll answer all your questions and explain everything within the cooling off period, so you can feel confident in your decision to buy.
