With all the latest hi-tech gear, our inspectors will meticulously work their way through an exhaustive list of checks both inside and outside the home.  In fact, our Building Inspection is so thorough it exceeds the Australian Industry Standards as set out in AS4349.1.  Our building inspectors carry an iPad full of Industry leading software which systematically guides them through an in-depth checklist to ensure nothing gets missed.  The software enables inspectors to upload photos and create notes while on site so we can issue you with a detailed report of our findings within hours of completing your building inspection.  


Your building inspector will inspect all accessible areas of the property, including:

  • interior of the building such as floors, walls, carpets and tiles

  • exterior of the building including garage, carport or garden shed

  • roof space

  • under-floor space

  • roof exterior

  • retaining walls

  • stairs

  • fencing

  • surface water drainage

  • storm-water run-off

  • paths and driveways


You can also request that a particular part of the property be inspected, such as:

  • visible signs of asbestos problems

  • visible signs of termite damage

  • operable smoke alarms and safety switches

  • swimming pools
